The Haarlem based fresh-indie band GUYY was formed at the Herman Brood Academie. They perfectly merge the analog synths from LCD Soundsystem with playful R&B and then pour it into pop songs. Their debut single ‘REAL FASHION’ perfectly showcased their unique 80s-disco-rough-hip hop sound, making it sound like the sun is coming up after a 14-hour rave in an underground nightclub.
